  • Coat chicken breasts with BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub on both sides.
  • Preheat grill to medium and cook chicken with lid closed for approximately 4–6 minutes per side, until cooked through and chicken has reached a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle finishing sauce over top.



Make it vegetarian: Swap chicken for 20–24 oz (600–680 g) organic tofu.
Tip: No barbecue? No problem! Lightly oil a (p.1008028) or grill pan. Cook chicken over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, turn over, and place in a preheated 350° F (175° C) oven. Cook for another 10–15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
