  • 1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced meat, or Tofu, your choice
  • 2 C (500 ml) mixed veggies
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • light soy sauce, to taste

Preparation


 
  • In a Wok & Glass Lid Stir-fry meat/tofu, veggies, seasoning, and soy sauce, if desired.
  • Serve on a bed of steamed brown rice.
